Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-07-28
1. Who we are
Coherently Ltd("Coherently", "we", "us") is a company registered in England & Wales under company number 12277619, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. For the purposes of data protection law, Coherently Ltd is the data controller for personal data processed through this website.
Coherently Ltd is also the parent company of a portfolio of software products. Each product has its own privacy notice covering the data it processes; this notice covers this marketing website only.
2. What we collect: very little
This website is deliberately minimal. It has no accounts, no forms, and no advertising or analytics trackers. The personal data we process is limited to:
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it to reply and to maintain a record of our correspondence.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) records short-lived server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify visitors.
3. Lawful basis and retention
We rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR / EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) to answer correspondence and keep this site secure. Correspondence is kept for as long as a business relationship or enquiry remains live, then deleted. Hosting logs are retained by our provider on short rotation and are not kept by us.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who run our infrastructure (hosting and email), each bound by their own data-processing terms. Where infrastructure providers process data outside the UK/EEA, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your rights: United Kingdom (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email hello@coherent.ly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
6. European Union / EEA (EU GDPR)
If you are in the EU or EEA, the rights above apply to you under the EU GDPR, and you may complain to your national supervisory authority.
An EU representative under Article 27 EU GDPR has been appointed and the published contact details are being finalised; they will appear here shortly. In the meantime, please direct any enquiry to hello@coherent.ly.
7. United States
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or equivalent US state privacy laws, and we do not process personal information for targeted advertising. US residents may exercise applicable rights (access, deletion, correction) by emailing hello@coherent.ly. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
8. United Arab Emirates
For visitors in the UAE, we process personal data in line with the UAE Federal Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing hello@coherent.ly.
9. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the full statement.
10. Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change, and the date at the top will always tell you when it was last revised.
